PTSP Meeting Minutes
September 22, 2009
The meeting started promptly at 6:30pm. The John Rosemond tape was to be shown after the PTSP information was presented. Low attendance so it was decided that just a presentation of the PTSP information would be fine.
The Treasurer’s Report was presented. It showed that operations are funded from memberships. In the Treasurer’s Report, PTSP was holding aside $21,000 for classroom supplies.
It was brought to Dr. Kitts attention that the 501(c)(3) expired and hasn’t been filed since 2006. Ellie Eskine worked on reinstatement and paid the fees to make it current and reinstated. Dr. Kitts and PTSP decided that the registered agent address would be the Bay Haven address.
Dr. Kitts brought up his plan about how items are archived on our system and on the website. Every month, the minutes and financial reports will be archived at the school. These will be included in the Board packets. Also, the minutes and financials will be updated on the website. All legal documents will also be archived at the school.
The next meeting will be Tuesday, October 27th.
